    • Providing inaccurate or misleading information in listings.
    • Engaging in harassing, offensive, or discriminatory behavior towards other users through the chat system.
    • Posting inappropriate images.
    • Using the Website for any illegal purposes.
  • Violation of these Terms may result in termination of your account and access to the Services, with no refunds for any unused portion of your subscription.

2. Subscriptions:

  • The Website offers paid subscriptions that grant access to view detailed business listings, initiate conversations, and directly contact sellers.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the chosen term unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • Payments made within 7 days prior to a termination for violation of these Terms are still valid.
  • We do not offer refunds for subscriptions canceled due to violation of these Terms.
  • If you have forgotten to cancel a renewal, this is also non refundable. To cancel any subscription, you can remove your standing order with your bank or login to the xvalue website and cancel your subsciption in your accounts page, to find this you need to go to > Accounts > Subscriptions > Cancel Subscription

3. Disclaimer of Liability:

  • Xvalue.co.uk acts as a platform to connect buyers and sellers. We are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or legality of any businesses listed on the Website.
  • We are not responsible for any transactions or agreements made between buyers and sellers after a connection is facilitated on the Website.
  • You are solely responsible for conducting your own due diligence on any business listed on the Website before engaging in any transaction.

4. Content:

  • All information on listings and in chats must be in English.

5. Modifications to the Terms:

  • We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
  • The updated Terms will be posted on the Website.
  • Your continued use of the Website after the posting of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
